Privacy
There is no customer database behind this site. What you send goes to one private channel that only we read, and is used for your job and nothing else.
What the form sends
The details you type, the report from our tool, and your receipt if you attach one. They go straight to a private channel that only we read. Nothing is written to a disk or a file store here. Each application is recorded with its time, the network address it came from and the agreement version you accepted, so what was agreed can be shown later. These records are kept for 7 days after your recovery is complete, then deleted.
What the report contains
- The data needed to attempt the recovery: a one-way value, not your password
- Your model, serial number, BIOS version and board revision
- A diagnostic printout that tells us why a machine did or did not work
It never contains your files, photos, documents, saved passwords, browser data or Windows accounts. It is sealed before it is saved, so only we can open it.
Cookies and ads
We run no analytics and set no tracking cookies of our own. The fonts are served from this site, not by a third party. Cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps standard request logs. The walkthrough video on the recovery page is a YouTube embed in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you play it.
Some pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How your details are used
Outsyde is run by Fawaz, in Amman, Jordan, who is responsible for what you send. Your details are used only to assess and carry out your recovery. They are not sold, shared or published. Email support@getoutsyde.click and we will delete our correspondence and anything you attached.
